Re-grading and capping of approximately 80,000m² of the Southern flank of the refuse tip with a geotextile layer and a layer of 1mm LLDPE liner with welded joints to prevent the escape of any methane through the capping material and prevent surface water ingress into the refuse material. Excavation of new perimeter drainage channels and lining of the channels with concrete canvas. Importing of topsoil and hydra seeding the slopes to provide vegetation cover
